Job Description:

We need an organised, people-first account manager to keep our clients happy and projects on track. You’ll serve as the primary point of contact, manage deliverables, and ensure excellent communication.

Responsibilities:

  • Onboard new clients and set expectations

  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and reporting for each account

  • Liaise between internal teams and the client

  • Identify upsell opportunities and maintain client satisfaction

  • Create weekly check-ins and monthly reports

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years in a client-facing role at a digital agency

  • Exceptional communication and organisational skills

  • Experience with ClickUp, Slack, and Google Workspace

  • Proactive mindset and attention to detail are a must
