Job Description:
We need an organised, people-first account manager to keep our clients happy and projects on track. You’ll serve as the primary point of contact, manage deliverables, and ensure excellent communication.
Responsibilities:

Onboard new clients and set expectations

Manage timelines, deliverables, and reporting for each account

Liaise between internal teams and the client

Identify upsell opportunities and maintain client satisfaction

Create weekly check-ins and monthly reports
Preferred Qualifications:

2+ years in a client-facing role at a digital agency
-
Exceptional communication and organisational skills
-
Experience with ClickUp, Slack, and Google Workspace

Proactive mindset and attention to detail are a must
